Mirasol Meadows

Located in the heart of Fallbrook, Mirasol Meadows offers affordable, comfortable living for seniors 62 and older. Residents can relax, connect, and socialize in welcoming on-site community spaces while enjoying convenient access to local shops, cafes, restaurants and public transit.

Developed by San Diego Community Housing Corporation and managed by National CORE, Mirasol Meadows will offer a range of service programs each tailored to individual needs and crafted to help residents thrive and connect to resources throughout the Fallbrook community. On-site adult educational programs and service coordination will be delivered by the Hope Through Housing Foundation, the Center for Senior Wellbeing, the Fallbrook Food Pantry and the County of San Diego's Behavioral Health Services department.

The community will include 49 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments for seniors with incomes at or below 30% and 50% of San Diego County Area Median Income (AMI), in addition to a two-bedroom apartment for the onsite manager. Six apartment homes will be set aside for individuals with a serious mental illness who have experienced homelessness. The three-story building was carefully designed to allow residents to age in peace, with each apartment equipped with adaptable features, air conditioning, balconies and energy efficient appliances - which includes an electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Residents can also use Mirasol Meadows' community amenities, which includes a community room with kitchenette, laundry rooms on each floor, bicycle storage areas and outdoor community gardens.
